					<description>great post and thanks for submitting to my blog carnival. I will be travelling for the next month...so these tips will defintiely come in handy!

btw...I have been sticking with the total body routine lifting routine...and it ROCKS. I started focusing on more compound movements and I am saving time and getting a much better workouts. I can't believe I lifted for years without ever doing deadlifts!</description>
